Always stay at this hotel while visiting, location is great, bar staff/Front desk are super sweet and accommodating, especially the kitchen staff Lawanda. I must say she made some of the best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel! Taste like a cozy home cooked meal - she also cooked the thanksgiving meals they offered 10/10.

Good as per North American standard and much better than their competitors in the same price range. Fantastic people, very good and quick check out check in. Stayed two times. Very clean and convenient rooms for working. Good restaurant and huge portions(compared to anyone in Canada))). Gym is simple but i dont use it. If you want to kill competition install proper coffee machine for breakfast buffet.Us, Europeans need a tiny shot of espresso in the morning and we dont really drink huge filter coffee. Will stay here again for sure, thank you

On August 23 I held an Adult Prom at the Doubletree I worked with a wonderful sales person by the name of Andrea Chamblee. She guided me along the way. She was warm, personable , knowledgeable, and encouraging Most of all she pushed and rallied for me to get all of my needs met with management. On the night of the prom the banquet director Todd Benko and staff were wonderful. They even went the extra mile to locate my table cloths to dress the tables even though I had not been able to tell anyone where they were located. Everything was set up as requested. Things that we were not quit as plan they moved around with such a helpful spirit. They were always present in the background checking in to see if I needed anything. Now to the food. Chief Calvin Williams was amazing. We had salmon, red potato, green beans. From our tasting to prom night. The food was the star of the night. One month later as I run into people I still get positive feedback on how amazing the food was. Well done chief and well done to the Doubletree staff for your kindness and attention to detail in assisting me in hosting a five ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ event and making memories. I could not have done it with out you. Please consider the Doubletree Airport Hilton for your next event. I certainly will.

If your planning on going on a cruise, this is the place to stay. They provided shuttle service to and from the shipyard. I was also able to leave my vehicle on site for a week for only $30. This saved me $60 in parking fees.

Great stay! Only issue was my bed sheets and room are not cleaned on a daily basis

I've never stayed at the hotel, but I attended a local anime fest here and had such a great time. The event was really fun, the atmosphere was lively, and everyone was super friendly. I'd definitely go again if they host another one in the future.

Enjoyed my stay here while my husband was working in the area. The process was quick and easy not to mention the warm, delicious cookies and bottle of water provided upon check-in. Additionally, Ms. Shantell at the front desk greeted us with the utmost professionalism and kindness. She made sure we were okay and asked if we needed anything. The rooms were nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Could use more water pressure in the bathroom; however, the water was hot enough to shower. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive but the food was good and there was a variety of everything. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely stay here again.

Was a little nervous about staying here after reading some of the other reviews, however, I will definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Efficiently checked me in and answered my questions regarding the airport shuttle. My room was updated, modern, clean and the bed slept well. The shuttle driver was pleasant and personable. She went out of her way to accommodate everyone aboard. Safe driver! We left on time and arrived early to the airport. Thanks again for helping make my stay enjoyable.
